Our mentorship is offered on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your chosen payment method on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of our services, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds once access to the mentorship has been granted. If you experience a technical issue that prevents access, please contact us at gavricfx.business@gmail.com and we will work to resolve it promptly.
All content within the GavricFX mentorship — including videos, documents, strategies, trade alerts, and materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of GavricFX. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share any content without prior written consent. Violation of this clause may result in immediate termination of your membership and legal action.
By joining the GavricFX community, you agree to treat all members and staff with respect. The following behaviours will result in immediate removal from the programme without refund:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GavricFX shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our services or your trading activities. Your total liability claim against GavricFX shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the most recent billing month.
GavricFX reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
